Baked Oatmeal

Directions
½ Cup Oil
2 Eggs
1 Cup Sugar

Mix together then add:

2 Tsp. Baking Powder
3 Cup Oatmeal
1 Cup Tuscan Dairy Farms 2% Reduced Fat Milk
Fruit (optional)

Pour into glass 13x9 Baking dish and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
